Here's the deal, Mont des Oliviers Church cares about one thing more than anything else, Jesus Christ. Mont des Oliviers SDA Church is a family of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people as possible to experience that exact same freedom.
Mont des Oliviers started from a radio station in 1999 and from there, in 2000, it became a branch Sabbath School group with 18 members. In March 2000, we had our first worship service as a group and in 2005, we became a church. Throughout the years, our church has grew and we have moved between different locations in Norwalk. However, in 2007, God showed a vision to a woman named Magareth Goureige, showing us a church building that was in front of a cemetery and and next to it was a church called Shiloh. In 2017, ten years after the vision we've bought a church building that fit the vision perfectly and since then we have made several renovations to the building.
What's the bottom line? More than ever, Mont des Oliviers Church is committed to fostering a family built around hope. Hope for the future. Hope for better. Hope for progress. Hope in Jesus. And as we move forward as a church family, inclusion and belonging remain at the center of who we are as followers of Christ.
